Able to capture up to 3.7 frames per second, which is ready for the moment it is collected. Advanced Live View, a new large display area, in addition to features like Auto Lighting Optimizer Canon bright and features Highlight Tone ensures brilliant photos and movies with ease. I love this camera. They have never owned a digital camera before the technology has advanced very quickly, but I finally decided to buy the T2i for two different reasons - 1) is an excellent camera even with a breathtaking image quality and 2) it does 1080p video. A cameraman who is just starting to dabble in photography, this camera really does it all and I find that whenever I can. The only complaint is the included lens, but again a lens is better than nothing. If you're looking to make the leap from point and shoot cameras to digital SLR or you are a photographer looking for a large hybrid gorgeous 1080p video recording for a fraction of the cost of video cameras some high end (and even and includes all the additional features provided make a side hack software loaded), and then pull the trigger on this camera.
And do not be tempted to buy the new T3i. Unless you're a studio photographer who appreciates the added addition of a wireless sensor flash, the update only is the main articulator LCD (though the CMOS chip is exactly the same in the T2i and T3i). However, yet again T3i software is unlocked and is severely limited as a camcorder, compared with a T2i hacked.
